About Us
HighSelfGuidance is a trade name of Management Results, Inc., a successful consulting and training enterprise since 1982. One principal, Rolf F-J, added SRT to our capabilities in 2001. He has since become certified by the Spiritual Response Association (SRA) to teach all of their techniques courses and facilitates and mentors SRA Leadership classes open only to practitioners who have successfully completed an Advanced SRT course and rigorous application process.
Drawing on his well-grounded spiritual development, as well as for-profit business and not-for-profit association experience, he was asked to serve on the board of directors of the international Spiritual Response Association. He was elected President in 2005 as one of his many volunteer part-time community activities. This involves policy and governance responsibilities, as well as guiding hundreds of volunteers and a small dedicated staff. He reminds others that, "Spirit works through us and no one accomplishes anything alone."
